This site is hosted by University of Cambridge English Examinations ("ESOL") and provides information about our examination Centre (the ‘Centre’). We are committed to protecting the privacy and confidentiality of information provided by those parties ("Users") who access our website at the Cambridge Centre website (" the Site") and we uphold the relevant data protection principles and process all personal data in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. The Centre is responsible for handling personal information provided by users under local legislation.

1.1 If the Centre collects your personal data, it will be used to process your request for services, to provide such services, and to keep records of those who use services so that the Centre can contact Users in the event that any other relevant product or service becomes available and inform Users of other Centre services that may be of interest to them.

The Centre will use its reasonable endeavours not to disclose Users' information to any other third parties, unless required to do so by law or any court order, unless a User consents to such disclosure.

Cambridge English computer systems have security measures in place with the aim of protecting the loss, misuse or alteration of the information Users provide to us.
